Responsibilities 

• Design and implement right-fit test automation architectures.
• Perform test automation assessments and propose most suitable test automation strategies (incl. toolset).
• Participate in pre-sales activities by proposing future-proof test automation solutions, preparing estimations, directly dealing with customer and leading the implementation.
• Based on industry trends, modern techniques and tools maintain and develop training roadmap and artifacts for wide spectrum of technologies (mobile, web, Oracle, big data, etc.).
• Act as a career coach for key test automation experts.

 Requirements

• Deep understanding of test automation approaches (keyword-driven, data-driven, TDD, BDD) and technology stacks (Java, C#, PHP, Python or some of these).
• Experience in developing test automation solutions for front-end and back-end applications.
• Real experience with 3 and more test automation tools or frameworks.
• To be able to take ownership of test automation area.
