Responsibilities

•Correspond directly with partners, and collect their marketing material and pricing information required for configuration in the portal

•Work closely with developers when assessing or encountering any technical challenges in displaying the content

•Be available to Partners according to their respective time zone

•Perform acceptance tests for new releases to ensure portal content correctness after release implementation

•Maintain Partner onboarding checklists and documentation

•Document the configuration of various offers, to be able to make recommendations to Partners regarding presentation of their solutions

•When necessary, configure white labeled portals for Resellers

•Work closely with developers to resolve any issues that may occur with reseller portals during the onboarding process

•Keep all pricing for Vendors updated in portals when applicable

•Continuously think of improvements toward the onboarding tools and processes

•Perform any actions provided by direct manager

Requirements

•Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal as well as interpersonal and relationship building skills

•Confidence and strong decision making abilities

•Extremely structured personality

•Self-starter, team player and achiever who can work independently as well as in a team setting

•Must be a team player and able to work well with others. Ability to achieve results through influencing and motivating others

•Strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization

•Ability to take charge and plan work to ensure that all tasks are managed accordingly

•Ability to work with a vast multicultural array of colleagues and partners

•Good writing skills
