What are we looking for?

We are looking for a skeptical mind. If you ask yourself & others “Why? Why do we do it this way?” you will be a good fit. If you also suggest how to do it better - you will be a great fit!

We are looking for a person who likes to do things you are not allowed to do. Like when in first grade when you were told “You are not allowed to divide by zero” … and you opened calculator and tried it right away!

We are looking for a hands-on person who googles if does not know what/how to do. You can always ask questions, but google it first - usually it solves the problem :)

 Still we have some hard-coded requirements:

•  you should understand & speak Latvian, Russian & English,
•  be able to work at least 30h/week.
