Summary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (could be in progress or incomplete) in field of Information Technologies;
  • Previous experience in related area will be considered as an advantage;
  • Knowledge (and/or practical experience) of SQL will be considered as an advantage;
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work in efficient manner;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent written skills and sufficient level in English reading/speaking;
  • Good understanding of Latvian and Russian.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving requests from customers and documenting them in appropriate way;
  • Acting within defined time-frames to help customer to resolve an issue, attracting appropriate specialists when necessary;
  • Work closely with Project Team;
  • Maintaining and developing application Run Book.
