Summary
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (could be in progress or incomplete) in field of Information Technologies;
- Previous experience in related area will be considered as an advantage;
- Knowledge (and/or practical experience) of SQL will be considered as an advantage;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to organize and prioritize work in efficient manner;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent written skills and sufficient level in English reading/speaking;
- Good understanding of Latvian and Russian.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving requests from customers and documenting them in appropriate way;
- Acting within defined time-frames to help customer to resolve an issue, attracting appropriate specialists when necessary;
- Work closely with Project Team;
- Maintaining and developing application Run Book.
