We are looking for IT professionals who would like to join our team. More specifically, we would welcome experienced Test Team Lead.

What do we expect from you?

Technical skills:

• Strong record of management/leadership experience in a software development organization;
• Software testing experience and familiarity with standardized testing and documentation methodologies;
• Experience with test automation approach;
• Good knowledge of Web application architecture;
• Good skills in troubleshooting and problem solving;
• Knowledge of bug tracking systems.

Other skills:

• Experience of the team management 3+ years;
• Strong Technical English reading, writing and speaking abilities, good communication skills;
• Analytic thinking skills, strong logical and analytical abilities;
• Structured approach;
• Attention to detail & discipline in structured reporting;
• Being able to extract relevant information and represent finding in an executive summary supported with details in annex;
• Team members training skills.

What would be your main responsibilities?

• To manage and represent Testing department in the company;
• To plan testing resources for projects in the company;
• To organize, control and support the performance of testers in the company;
• To develop and implement the quality guidelines, standards and procedures, necessary for the company;
• To report the performance of the department to the company’s management;
• To develop the research and further use of the newest and most efficient testing tools, methodologies and technologies in the work process;
• To support the expansion of testers’ knowledge and to carry out the training, necessary for testing.
