Responsibilities

• Proactive candidate sourcing and engagement via phone, email, messaging services, social media, job platforms, and other relevant instruments;
• Recruitment campaign planning and execution;
• Networking at events and building a contact base;
• Full recruitment cycle management from requirement gathering to new hire onboarding;
• Promoting best recruitment practices, sharing ideas and information to ensure consistency through a value-added service.

Requirements

• Great communicator;
• At least 1 year proven recruitment experience, ideally as an in-house specialist in an IT organization or staffing agency;
• Strong willingness to make a difference;
• Can-do attitude;
• Avid and quick learner;
• Adaptive to change;
• Team player, but able to work independently;
• Takes initiative and ownership of own work;
• Gains strength under pressure as opposed to breaking;
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite;
• Excellent written and oral English, Latvian and Russian skills.
• Solid understanding of engineering culture and willingness to contribute to building it;
• Genuine interest in information technology;
• Experience working with issue tracking software and Applicant Tracking Systems (JIRA, Bullhorn, SmartRecruiters, etc.);
• Track record of participation in or organizing niche meetups / conferences.
