Summary
Responsibilities
- First/Second line IT support for company internal users
- Take part in daily IT User Support activities – management and support for workstations, network devices, services, applications and users
- Oversee and take responsibility of overall IT User Support tasks and their quality, manage team work
- Manage and improve IT User Support services by committing to internal SLAs and other requirements and taking part in service portfolio management
- Be responsible for documenting all IT User Support services, procedures and other related documentation
- Be responsible for maintaining user device and software inventory
- Integrate with ITBO Engineering Team to provide support and tasks distribution
- Regularly confer with Network & IT system engineers as well as companywide users and managers about current problems and future needs
- Recommend and develop new technology’s or solutions justifying and proving their need. Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations on their viability.
- Contribute in new solutions implementation
Requirements
- IT-related education or experience
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Power user of MS Office or other office software
- Experience in deployment and support of Microsoft Windows, IOS, Linux operating systems, and business software
- Experience in computer, laptop, printer, mobile device configuration and support
- Knowledge of network service management and support (e.g. Active Directory, DNS, VPN solutions, WiFi etc.)
- Experience with Windows Server Environment 2008/2016 configuration
- Experience with SCCM or other workstation infrastructure management platform - architecture, hierarchy configuration, OSD, patching, application packaging etc.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Support role
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to create structured documentation
- Teamwork skills, ability to take decisions, solve problems independently and in the team and work under high pressure working conditions
- Team management experience preferred
