Summary
Role responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level IT remote support to customers experiencing complex computer problems
- Troubleshoot problems and offer solutions by ensuring high level customer satisfaction
- Interact daily with customers and team members
- Participate in IT Support projects
To excel in the role, you should have:
- Fluent English
- Strong interest in IT field, technical knowledge and background
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Effective prioritization and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to follow/ assure quality and compliance with IT process regulatory expectations
- Strong customer service focus
Key technologies used and things for you to learn:
- Desktop support
- MS Office suite and email client (Outlook 2010/2013, Skype for Business)
- MS Windows (7, 8,10, PowerShell, Intune, Azure) and server operating system (2008/2012, file server, AD, SCCM and GPO)
- Networking (VPN, DNS, DHCP)
- Routing and remote access services
- Citrix
- ITIL
