Summary

 

Role responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd level IT remote support to customers experiencing complex computer problems
  • Troubleshoot problems and offer solutions by ensuring high level customer satisfaction
  • Interact daily with customers and team members
  • Participate in IT Support projects

To excel in the role, you should have:

  • Fluent English
  • Strong interest in IT field, technical knowledge and background
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to follow/ assure quality and compliance with IT process regulatory expectations
  • Strong customer service focus

Key technologies used and things for you to learn:

  • Desktop support
  • MS Office suite and email client (Outlook 2010/2013, Skype for Business)
  • MS Windows (7, 8,10, PowerShell, Intune, Azure) and server operating system (2008/2012, file server, AD, SCCM and GPO)
  • Networking (VPN, DNS, DHCP)
  • Routing and remote access services
  • Citrix
  • ITIL
