You Will

• Play a central role in aligning the needs of business units with used internal systems
• Work as a liaison among stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the company, and to recommend solutions that enable the company to achieve its goals
• Find out information about used processes, workflows, information sources and IT systems from different structural units of the company, including our abroad colleagues
• Review of business processes and corresponding mapping into IT architecture
• Be responsible for eliciting the actual needs of stakeholders, not simply their expressed desires
• Define and validate solutions that meet business needs, goals, or objectives
• Ordering the items to best achieve goals and missions
• Participate in the project planning activities and manage the execution of projects according to plan
• Ensure that internal processes are visible, transparent, and clear to all
• Manage and communicate a clear vision of the project’s objectives
• Conduct user trainings and system’s demos
• Monitor and regularly improve internal systems optimizing the value of the work we perform
