Job description:
We are looking for an IT Maintenance Manager to take responsibility for managing direct interaction with end users and stakeholders regarding solution requirements in our customers' company. The assignment includes both one time and runtime deliveries in application management context. You will mainly interface with our customers' electrical engineering business area and you will have daily contact with business and vendors. Tasks in the assignment are:
- Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and configurations 
- Continues improvement of way of working, supporting the business targets and visions 
- Review, maintain and enhance the technical setup of the applications and environments 
- Coordinate support issues 
- Actively communicate with super users about maintenance, upgrades, and configurations 
- Responsible for documentation of solutions, related process, and solutions roadmaps

Required skills:
• Experience of working with agile methods
• Knowledge of maintenance assignments
• Good solution understanding in the context of application maintenance
• Fluent in English

Competence:
Agile/Scrum 3-5 Years
Solution Management 3-5 Years
