Our client is the biggest Game Development company in South China. Currently establishing an office in Vilnius (Vivulskio g.) and looking for senior game developers for various roles. Making a turnover of more that 40 million USD in a month now plans are to be one of the biggest game development players in Lithuania. 

Your responsibilities:

Create mathematical models for both new and already existing casino games;
Maintain, review, analysis, and fine-tune the math models;
Cooperate with the product and development team to simulate and test the math models to ensure their high quality;
Analyze metrics and examine user feedback and adjust the models accordingly;
Remain up-to-date with casino game design trends.
Our requirements:

Min. 2 years experience in working in a similar position (math model design and/or game development);
University degree in Mathematics, Economy, Statistics or other subjects directly related to the job;
excellent MS Excel knowledge;
Great knowledge of the latest trends in mobile casino games;
Good player psychology knowledge;
Excellent communication skills;
Decent time management skills;
Multi-tasking;
Positive attitude, an open mind and willingness to learn.
Nice to have：

Have done the algorithm of casino games, such as slot machine, sports betting, and poker;
Decent programming knowledge;
Genuine interest in social casino gaming;
Teamwork and ability to always find a compromise but at the same time the assertiveness to defend your own ideas;
Paying attention to details and creative thinking.
