The job of an Application Expert comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Among other things your to-do-list includes:

Be a driver within product and customer related initiatives to understand ECC and CRM impact and convert business requirement to solutions.
Gap analysis - Participate in requirement meetings to define and document the complete scope and map against current solution
Functional design specifications
System configuration in SAP ECC and/or SAP CRM
Test - Identify test scenarios that reflect the requirements and be part of execution of tests, both cross projects and to surrounding systems outside SAP
Stabilization of solution
Provide software expertise
Provide system analysis
Provide functional solutions and specifications for development of Enhancements, Integrations, and Conversions.
Have solution overview
Communicate status effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders
Use own knowledge/experience and problem-solving skills to creatively resolve complex issues and choose the best course of action
Technical Competences – Describe the technical competence.

Mandatory requirements:
Many years of experience in the design, concepts, principles and configuration in SAP ECC and/or SAP CRM
Inbound and outbound integration know-how regarding SAP CRM and/or SAP ECC
Excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English
Excellent managing of deliverables (“to-do lists”), time management, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organizational skills.
Used to work with both technical questions and business questions

Qualifying requirements:
Experience from large, global organizations
Project management
Pedagogical skills as well as experience from planning and running workshopsTools/software:
SAP ECC and SAP CRM
