Technical Specialist - Messaging Services
For our client, we are looking for a Technical specialist
We are looking for a technical specialist to work in our customers messaging team which supports the delivery of telematics services through application operations of our customers' platform to a number of internal departments. The team has the responsibility for the messaging services eg JBoss AMQ and Active MQ which is being used for our internal customers. A member of the messaging team could also part of an on-call team. As an Application, you will be part of a global organization which delivers Telematics solutions to stakeholders and customers. Important elements of the position are understanding operations and development in both a cloud-based environment and on a classic of premises environment. Equally important is the understanding of Telematics and communication over mobile networks. We expect you to have the ability to troubleshoot in a complex operational environment involving multiple partners or suppliers.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Support technician or equivalent
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Good UNIX or Linux knowledge
• Knowledge of managing an Application Server
• Understanding data communication and Script programming
• Good understanding of messaging system like JBoss AMQ, WMQ
