Requirements:

• Good (above average) knowledge of English (spoken and written);
• A focused and responsible person who is able to follow procedures and guidelines;
• Customer-oriented communicator with a positive attitude who can keep calm under customer pressure;
• IT degree completed or in acquisition;
• Ability to keep track of many ongoing tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Additional experience that we appreciate:

• IT Service Desk experience;
• Experience working with Atlassian products (JIRA/Confluence);
• Oracle database experience;
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, other);
• MS Office Skills;
• Additional European languages; 

Responsibilities:

• Watch for incoming requests from all sources and react to them;
• Based on the procedures, will need to look at the request and decide what should be done about it;
• Take ownership of issues and coordinate between the teams to ensure that the issues get resolved and the customers are happy, even when they are assigned to someone else;
• Monitor a variety of systems and interfaces, scheduled tasks and business application processes.
