On the surface, our development needs look simple, but there's a lot more going on behind the scenes. In fact, our business is built upon complex development solutions that we've created from scratch. This includes our payment and upsell system, our online learning platform, and our proprietary algorithms that decide how millions of dollars are spent on Facebook ads.

As our business continues to grow, even small bugs can be extremely expensive, which is why we're looking for an experienced CTO to improve the quality of our development. Together with our 3-person development team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining reliable and scalable development systems that will safely process millions of dollars in transactions.

You'll be responsible for managing our development team by following the Scrum methodology and the best practices from Lean Startup. Of course, you'll also spend a lot of time coding.

You must have worked in a similar position for a company that can't afford any mistakes, such as online banking or other platforms that reliably process millions of dollars in transactions.
