Summary
For our client, we are looking for an Application support specialist to enjoy the team.
Team size: 4 people.
Job type: Full-time.
Daily tasks:
- Operational support tasks in the Application Support team working with Microsoft Cloud technologies
- Answering customer phone calls
- Technical support and troubleshooting
- Solving and managing incidents and service requests according to defined SLA and KPI metrics
- Having ownership of tasks, pro-actively following up on them and ensuring fast resolution
- Documenting your work in a clear and precise manner
- Following existing processes – Incident Management, Service Request Fulfilment, Problem Management, Event Management processes and others
Requirements:
- Customer support experience
- Passion and technical expertise in Microsoft Azure products and services
- Ability to work shifts
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team, motivate and build collaborative relationships
- Ability to make quick decisions, align priorities and execute tasks
- Understanding of ITIL practices
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
