Summary

For our client, we are looking for an Application support specialist to enjoy the team.

Team size: 4 people.

Job type: Full-time.

Daily tasks:

  • Operational support tasks in the Application Support team working with Microsoft Cloud technologies
  • Answering customer phone calls
  • Technical support and troubleshooting
  • Solving and managing incidents and service requests according to defined SLA and KPI metrics
  • Having ownership of tasks, pro-actively following up on them and ensuring fast resolution
  • Documenting your work in a clear and precise manner
  • Following existing processes – Incident Management, Service Request Fulfilment, Problem Management, Event Management processes and others

Requirements:

  • Customer support experience
  • Passion and technical expertise in Microsoft Azure products and services
  • Ability to work shifts
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team, motivate and build collaborative relationships
  • Ability to make quick decisions, align priorities and execute tasks
  • Understanding of ITIL practices
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
