For our client, we are looking for an Application support TEAM LEAD to enjoy the team.

Team size: 4 people.

Job type: Full-time.

Daily tasks:

• Day-to-day leadership of the Application Support teams working with Cloud technologies
• Collaborate and drive research on technology and product trends to support development and growth of the organization’s service deliveries
• Manage and lead staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
• Ensure teams meet KPI’s and SLA’s metrics while upholding highest level of customer service and satisfaction
• Act as escalation point for all requests and incidents
• Perform analysis and reporting to proactively identify patterns and enable improvements
• Ownership of Incident Management, Service Request Fulfilment, Problem Management and Event Management processes

Requirements:

• Experience designing and implementing Support services and corresponding digital technologies
• Ability to work as part of a team, motivate and build collaborative relationships
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple technicians and customer expectations
• Ability to make quick decisions, align priorities and execute tasks
• Leadership experience

Beneficial skills:

• ITIL Certifications
• Microsoft Certifications (MCSA or MCSE)
