Responsibilities

• Contributing directly to the success of the companies brands by materializing the business teams' visions into a tangible user experience
• Working closely with client stakeholders to clarify requirements and functionality, as well as in close collaboration with back-end team
• Identifying and implementing improved/innovative work processes for client/customer
• Contributing to the information systems development and maintaining effort
• Assisting in the technical architecture design phase of projects to design best practice solutions
• Assisting with testing of software components and development of automated test cases
• Writing and improving high complexity programs/modules independently
• Providing best practice, insights and/or expertise to other developers

Requirements

• Experience in mobile web and/or game development
• Previous experience as a JavaScript developer within an agile environment is a must
• JavaScript tools, libraries and frameworks
• Frameworks like React, Backbone, Angular, Ember, Knockout and similar
• Testing and specifications libraries like Jasmine, Karma, Sinon, Casper, Phantom AMD tools like RequireJS
• Key technologies like jQuery, Underscore / Lodash, NodeJS
• JavaScript-based languages like TypeScript and CoffeeScript
• Strong knowledge and experience with HTML5 + CSS3 and/or CSS preprocessors like Stylus, LESS, SASS
• Experience with AJAX or WebSockets (best if both)
• Experience with performance optimization
