We're hiring an International Sales Manager(s) to join our team for Northern Europe and/or Central Eastern Europe. We are open to discuss your location. Our ideal candidate(s) will have significant experience from sales of complicated bank- and finance solutions. The person must have an incredible drive, determination, and flexibility. The person will report to Direct or of Sales. 

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the International sales in Northern Europe and/or CEE
• Be an active participant in ensuring sales conversion and actively support
• Drive strategic deals and accounts
• Achieve a monthly, quarterly and yearly quota
• Report to Director of Sales
• Develop go-to-market strategy for your responsible territories for existing and pending products and services
• Provide challenging perspectives to leadership team to constantly improve
• Write and review client proposals

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise from the bank- and finance sector (ideally payment cards)
• Understand the whole ecosystem within the mobile payments, cards & payments industry (ideally HCE, NFC, proximity and in-app payments)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives (revenue targets, pipeline targets etc.)
• Proven consultative / solution approach to selling
• Strong experience selling at the C level
• Ability to manage and grow operations across an international market
• Strong presentation skills (conference speaker, breakfasts and seminars arrangement)
• Experience utilizing CRM systems and marketing automation systems
• Prior employment in technology companies, bank- and finance companies, or security companies.
• Demonstrate high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty and leadership
• Education: Undergraduate Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field is required.
• Excellent command of English
• The location of the person is based in Northern and/or Central Eastern Europe
