Responsibilities

• • Constantly give ideas to improve the user experience for millions of users worldwide
  • Use data driven and iterative approach to make impactful improvements to the whole product 
  • Brainstorm in small agile groups about the bigger picture always with the user as #1 
  • Idea-hack with developers, PO’s, copywriters and user researchers 
  • Own what you work on! it’s yours - play with it, improve it.

Requirements

• • Allergic to suits
  • You speak HTML and CSS as well as you do English
  • + 2 years of UX experience or just really, really good at what you do
  • Passionate about data driven development 
  • Desire to work the design process from A-Z
