Responsibilities

• Clarify, document and communicate the functional and non-functional requirements
• Resolve business questions and problems during software design, development and production
• Ability to deliver high-quality analysis in complex environment
• Work closely with stakeholders in business, IT and external partners
• Estimate the cost and complexity of IT initiatives
• Readiness to make decisions in uncertain situations and provide value-adding solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in IT (or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of experience as an IT analyst working for international company and/or in international projects
• Knowledge of the standards and methodologies related to the area of IT analysis
• Understanding of the Banking and products
• Excellent communication skills
• Good English: both written and oral
