What You can expect

As a team manager you will lead the team and secure deliveries according to plans and strategies in close connection to the business. You will have full responsibility for the deliveries and the staff in your team. You will lead, coach, inspire and follow up on team and each team member. The role as a Team Manager also offers the opportunity to be a key player in our change journey, driving change initiatives together with your team and collaborating with both business and other stakeholders.

What I expect

To be successful in this position you have management experience and strong sense of responsibility and commitment. 

Your overall responsibilities as a team manager are:

• Build high performing teams by coaching and giving feedback to your staff on a regular basis 
• Be responsible for capacity and delivery planning for the department 
• Secure the running availability of the systems under your delivery responsibility according to agreed expectations
• Team budget and follow up, as well as IT cost budget and follow-up for the systems and assignments within your responsibilities
• Drive change initiatives as part of the business plan in collaboration with other parts of ISD and with stakeholders
• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement to ensure efficient ways-of-working, high quality solutions and managed risks

Skills needed

• Management experience and good skills of coaching other people
• Good business knowledge covering relevant processes, products, markets, customers, stakeholders and partners
• Good communication skills and strong networking qualities
• Experience from IT delivery end to end
• Academic degree or equivalent experience from IT/Banking/Finance
• Fluent in English
