Rimi Baltic Project Management Office (PMO) team works closely with both business and IT teams to ensure the quality and speed of Business and IT strategy implementation. We are looking for proactive individuals to take the key roles in transforming Rimi Baltic. While we currently run projects, we are actively adopting an Agile way of working at Rimi and are seeking team members to help transform Rimi Baltic to an Agile organization.

If You have

• University degree in Business Administration or IT;
• At least 5 years of experience in international and/or cross-functional Project management, preferably in Retail/FMCG companies;
• Experience in managing budgets, risks, stakeholders and resources;
• Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, experience in Scrum implementation for development cycle;
• Experience and passion about being constant improvement leader and educator (formal or informal);
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate and engage cross-functional groups;
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Latvian and Russian language knowledge is good to have;
• Driver's license and possibility to travel.

We will entrust You:

• Planning and management of cross-functional projects in Rimi Baltic in accordance with the time constraints and content of the budget according to RIMI Project Management framework;
• Communication on status to internal and external stakeholders;
• Handling of project scope and carrying out the problem, change management and risk management;
• Planning, organizing and management of the resources in entrusted projects;
• Information dissimilation about the project goals and progress;
• Control of project budget realization;
• Management of local and international teams for delivery;
• Leadership and commitment while participating in adopting an Agile way of working in Rimi Baltic;
• Defining & leading ideas from feasibility studies to closure;
• Work coordinate with third-parties involved.
