Summary
Job description:
- Processing and sorting of client requests/issues/inquiries;
- Production environment monitoring;
- Processing of end-users' complaints and reports;
- Incident escalation, handling, and documentation;
- Investigations of suspicious activities from end-users;
- Troubleshooting and escalation of critical cases and issues;
- Consultancy and 1st Level support for international clients (B2B support);
- Monitoring of client and end-users' activity.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:
- 2+ years experience as a customer support operator;
- Experience of working in IT environment;
- Excellent critical decision-making skills;
- Web technology understanding;
- Fluency in written English;
- Experience in function monitoring and controlling.
The successful candidate’s personality:
- Analytical mindset and high responsibility sense;
- High interest in and understanding of B2B client support and communication;
- Willingness to work in shifts including night shifts;
- Team player;
- Strong communication skills, proficient in spoken and written English;
- High concentration ability High routine and pressure tolerance;
- Openness to new challenges and opportunities.
