Job description:

• Processing and sorting of client requests/issues/inquiries;
• Production environment monitoring;
• Processing of end-users' complaints and reports;
• Incident escalation, handling, and documentation;
• Investigations of suspicious activities from end-users;
• Troubleshooting and escalation of critical cases and issues;
• Consultancy and 1st Level support for international clients (B2B support);
• Monitoring of client and end-users' activity.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

• 2+ years experience as a customer support operator;
• Experience of working in IT environment;
• Excellent critical decision-making skills;
• Web technology understanding;
• Fluency in written English;
• Experience in function monitoring and controlling. 

The successful candidate’s personality:

• Analytical mindset and high responsibility sense;
• High interest in and understanding of B2B client support and communication;
• Willingness to work in shifts including night shifts;
• Team player;
• Strong communication skills, proficient in spoken and written English;
• High concentration ability High routine and pressure tolerance;
• Openness to new challenges and opportunities.
