Key skills and responsibilities
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
- Define the ITSM tool requirement to create a strategy supporting adoption of the changes required by a project.
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
- Conduct ECAB and CAB meetings.
- Risk assessment and impact analysis of change process
- Ensure user readiness.
- Conduct Support training
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance
- Integrate change and release management activities
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Produce Weekly reports forecasting change and publish to the business
- Prepare RCA document for all failed changes.
- CAPA should be identified and implemented
Essential skills
- ITIL v3 Certified
- Strong decision-making skills
- High analytical and communication Skills
- Good understanding of Excel
