Key skills and responsibilities

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
  • Define the ITSM tool requirement to create a strategy supporting adoption of the changes required by a project.
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
  • Conduct ECAB and CAB meetings.
  • Risk assessment and impact analysis of change process
  • Ensure user readiness.
  • Conduct Support training
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Integrate change and release management activities
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Produce Weekly reports forecasting change and publish to the business
  • Prepare RCA document for all failed changes.
  • CAPA should be identified and implemented

 

Essential skills

  • ITIL v3 Certified
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • High analytical and communication Skills
  • Good understanding of Excel
