Key responsibilities:

• Application performance and availability management and real user monitoring of cloud services
• Using monitoring tools and logs to analyse web application performance and problems
• Proactively discover potential problems and suggest improvements
• To execute changes in Production environments
• To provide troubleshooting of data servers, and communications links
• Job requirements:

We are looking for a person with good experience of IT systems who meets several of the following expectations:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent area
• More than 1 years IT and/ or high usage end user experience

Experience with:

• Amazon Web Services AWS
• Network technologies (including TCP/IP)
• Web technologies (including HTTP) and application platforms, like .Net and Java (development and/ or runtimes)
• Knowledge of database technologies (like MSSQL), operating systems, virtualization and ITIL
• Database migrations
• Good English skills (verbal & written).
• Analytical thinking
• Self-driven
