Summary

Responsibilities

  • Providing level 1&2 local and remote support in multi-site customer-orientated environment
  • Monitoring responding to and resolving service tickets and problem reports received through phone, email, and ticketing queue system
  • Perform alltasks with a focus on customer service including accessibility and positive attitude
  • Workwith Support Account Specialist to create and document internal standards for IT knowledgebase, system configuration, including hardware and software
  • Participate in team projects and collaborate with other functional teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as IT support specialist
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise software/hardware
  • Ability to troubleshoot and specifically diagnose software, hardware and networking issues
  • Knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 7/10 and Windows Server
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening, appropriate questioning skills and responding objectively to the thoughts and ideas of others
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Good problem solving and research skills
  • You need to be a self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to follow team policies, processes and procedures
