Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and supervise project resources and budgetary planning
• Ensure on-time execution of project development, implementation and delivery
• Manage and coordinate human recourses within a project, distribution of tasks within a team
• Prepare and execute the ongoing project documentation
• Participate in preparation of tenders/proposals documentation and development of technical solution descriptions and workflow descriptions
• Assess project risks, analyze the results and development of proposed solutions or corrections in the ongoing project plans
• Plan/manage delivery and conditions of contracts
• Analysis of customer business process and requirements, documentation of subsequent results
• Prepare and manage technical presentations for the implemented Software project, as well as demo setup and demonstration to customers.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in IT field (3+ years)
• Organisational skills
• Ability to manage projects within deadlines and budget
