Responsibilities

• Evaluate Non-Functional Requirement in documents and identify performance test needs; types of tests, volumes, etc.
• Collaborate with development and project management teams to determine and gather performance test needs
• Develop and execute performance test scripts for UI (Web and Desktop) and Web&Windows Services testing
• Develop test execution scenarios for various types of tests such as load, stress, scalability and run tests
• Document test results and create reports
• Suggest improvements and configuration changes that improve performance
• Help in defining, implementing, and monitoring the processes and procedures that need to be put in place to resolve and avoid future performance issues

 Requirements

•  Knowledge of software development lifecycle, test methodologies and tools and, passion for quality processes
• Understandingof critical performance engineering concepts, including throughput, residence time, latency, demand, memory and resource utilization
• Strong experience with performance testing tools
• Skill in database testing in Microsoft SQL Server environments including designing and manipulating test data, validating stored procedures, jobs, triggers and replication
• Experience in working with tools like JIRA, Jenkins, SVN\Git
• Team player with great interpersonal skills
