It has been already more than 13 years when two students had the idea to support a client in the digitalization of their data. They received a detailed training and from that put down processes in writing thus new employees already knew what to do and how. That step not only ensured a high level of quality but impressed this client that much, so he recommended this student start-up to others. More projects made hiring essential and with those new employees the portolio of Assecor grew. 

Today Assecor is a midsize company, which focusses on IT consulting and software development. Our clientlist is broad and reaches from companies within more than 10 different industries. To fullfil the needs of our clients all over Germany and Latvia we already have 4 different branches in Riga, Stralsund, Berlin and Nuremberg.

Low hirachies create a dynamic working environment. We empower rather people than departments, thus work interdisciplinairy in teams to exchange knowledge and grow together. Team events and reguarly reporting encourage a trusted relation between employees and the management.
