I am a very experienced software engineer, including leadership, experience as CTO, consulting, and working for companies from small business to enterprise / Fortune 500, and public sector / government contracts.

I am growing a small, remote first, software development company. A place to do effective, quality work, on a flexible schedule.

Some additional points:

• This is not a weekend gig - we are professionals and team mates and clients depend on us, daily progress is the norm. If you need to take a day away, or move your working hours that is cool, you don't need to tell anyone, just hit your commitments. But it isn't something you can get to on just the weekends.
• We actually care about quality. For most people that means a lot of learning - including how to write automated tests.
• I pay weekly.
