Your impact zone

• Work closely with both client and internal development teams in order to manage one or more software development projects to successful completion.
• Ensure that projects get planned, executed and closed in accordance with client requirements and 28Stone guidelines.
• Proactively drive teams to engineer the most suitable possible software delivery process variation for each given project.
• Establish and maintain clear communication channels, both internal and external to a project and the company.
• Effectively manage project teams to sustain high levels of productivity and morale.
• Monitor, control, and report ongoing project progress towards defined milestones and objectives.
• Facilitate identification as well as transparent and clear communication of issues and risks affecting project objectives.
• Establish and maintain the necessary project management documentation and artifacts to effectively support and optimize the chosen delivery process.
• Ensure that lessons learned from completed projects are gathered, documented, analyzed and shared within the organization.

Your expertise

• At least 3-years hands-on experience of managing software delivery projects.
• Experience with the Agile software delivery approach (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Experience working in a distributed/remote team environment.
• Good understanding of classic and Agile project management processes and practices.
• Ability to effectively communicate in Latvian and Russian.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work both in a team and individually.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Considered an advantage

• An active project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or Agile Practitioner, IPMA Level C or above, PSM, CSM, etc.) is considered an advantage.
