• Have good experience managing Windows and  Linux server environments
• Have been managing IT systems for at least 3 years
• Have knowledge and experience in MDM solutions (Microsoft Intune, JAMF)

• Have strong and professional communication skills and ability to perform in team
• Can go on business trips
• Have very good English, Latvian and Russian language skills

Responsibilities:

• Taking care of large and growing infrastructure (multiple data centres and branch offices spread across the world)
• Helping 4Finance grow by contribution of your skills, professionalism and innovations
• Provide technical support for MacOS and mobile device management environment
• Improve stability and availability of existing infrastructure resources, troubleshoot and debug infrastructure issues
• Coordinate the necessary operations documentation and standards required for compliance and identified best practices
• Participate in new solution implementation and integration projects
• Improving infrastructure security working closely with Information Security team to mitigate risks
• Ensure system issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Perform needed software upgrades and patching partnering with the necessary Infrastructure teams.
