Summary of Duties

Develop Human Capital Management System (HRB) modules in accordance with provided specifications using company development methodologies and tools. Ensure sound code quality. 

Responsibilities

1. Analyse system design requirement documents. Communicate to system analyst(s) to clarify system requirements and make common decisions on implementing product functions or features
2. Deliver high quality code implementing required functions and features using company accepted agile methodology and tools. Meet software delivery deadlines in accordance with approved development plans
3. If required, troubleshoot own code and code, produced by other developers helping to provide second line support
4. Proactively report to Team Lead when assigned task is completed or problem arisen during task execution. Cooperate within own development team and to other teams and departments to solve problems that arise performing everyday duties.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in JAVA programming
• Hands-on experience in SQL and RDBMS
• Clear understanding of modern development methodologies and patterns
• Be fan of JAVA development
• Be responsible and self-motivating person

Beneficial skills

• Hands-on experience with Hibernate and Spring Framework
• History of successfully completed projects on JAVA
