Responsibilities

• Design and implement java-based web applications and backend services for Citadele customers, partners and employees
• Engage in UI and functionality design with UX designers and product owners
• [Understand and evolve existing system design
• Diagnose and resolve system problems
• Work closely with QA on test automation
• Work closely with Operations on deployment, operations and monitoring automation

Skills and qualification:

• At least 3 years long experience in Java-based software development
• Good knowledge in IoC frameworks (Spring, Guice) and JPA/ORM frameworks
• Knowledge of application development lifecycle (we use Git, Upsource, Jenkins, Gradle, JRebel, Redmine, Selenide, REST Assured, Ansible etc.
• Solid understanding of Rest, SOAP interfaces
• Good communication skills
• Good analytical skills
• Good level of Latvian, Russian and English
