Responsibilities

• Scrum adoption within several development teams
• Educate the team and business stakeholders on best industry practices in team’s development and self-organisation
• Develop strong Agile capability within organisation, spreading the knowledge, preparing workshops and training

Skills and qualification:

• Clear understanding of software development lifecycle
• Good understanding of Agile values and principles, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• Relevant work experience in agile context and a proven track record in implementing Agile procedures
• At least a year serving as a Scrum Master

Optional:

• Any previous technical experience in software development (programming, testing, devops)
• Scrum Master certificate
