Your responsibilities:

  • Helping clients to solve their daily request on live chat, e-mail, or by telephone;
  • Educating customers regarding the platform and product offerings;
  • Assisting customers with payment-related issues and account-related inquiries.

What we expect from you:

  • Some experience in a customer-facing role and excitement to join the team
  • Good at multitasking, tech savvy and quick learner when it comes to operating multiple systems, without losing overview.
  • Can-do attitude and enjoy the idea of working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Fluent in Latvian and able to work in English.
