Customer Support Team Lead

BILL.ME Ltd. is an innovative fast-growing IT product company, which is focused on an easy and handy approach for invoice and billing automation for service providers across Europe and worldwide. We are rapidly growing and looking for a self-motivated Customer Support Team Lead, who is ready to impact and able to make own significant contribution to new and existing projects.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor the team: sustain an environment where everyone can become better versions of themselves and grow with the company;
  • Lead by example and raise the bar: interact with customers, helping them to solve their daily requests;
  • Challenge your inner diplomat: communicate difficult topics, educate customers, understand the needs of our customers and partners and adapt your tone of voice;
  • Keep your finger on the pulse: monitor transactions and assist customers with payment-related issues; 
  • SLAs and KPIs: consistently provide feedback to your team members and make sure that your team meets prioritized tasks and goals;
  • Always data-driven: You’ll have all the data to generate and prioritize ideas to decrease the workload, improve the quality & speed.

What we expect from you:

  • Experienced customer support professional with at least some experience in leading or training;
  • Transform data into actions and be ready to present results of your work to other teams;
  • Multitask and switch contexts without losing the oversight of a situation;
  • Be tech savvy and learn quick when it comes to operating multiple systems;
  • Have a can-do attitude and enjoy the idea of working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Fluent in Latvian, Russian and English.
