Your responsibilities:

• Development and management of advertising campaigns
• Creating, coordinating, deploying social media content to reach an appropriate audience
• Prepare reports on the results of marketing activities and budget implementation, analysis of results
•  Introduction and implementation of new products, goods and services and a communication plan (implementation for each budget)
• Developing, coordinating and implementing digital campaigns and solutions
• Follow up activities and trends in the sector
• Developing and implementing a company’s short-term and long-term marketing strategy to promote awareness of the image of the company
• Explore and analyze the audience of products and services, apply marketing activities to specific audiences
• Achieving business goals in cooperation with the management of your business
•  Providing marketing-related support to a sales team, distributors and partners around the world
• Creating marketing materials and restoring them regularly
• Following trends and putting them into everyday work.

What we expect from you:

• Higher education in marketing or management
• Very good MS Office Skills (Excel, Power Point)
• A focused, open, energetic, and persuasive working style
• Good organisational skills and capacity to work together with a number of tasks and stakeholders
• skills in working with Google products and e-mail marketing
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMO, WEB analytical programs
• Capacity to work productively and independently, to organize own work and time
• Proactive thinking, the ability to make reasonable decisions and to achieve outstanding results

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar post - marketing/digital marketing
• The ability to analyze data

• Ability to communicate freely in Latvian, Russian and English

• Excellent presentation skills
• Precision, sense of responsibility, respect for deadlines, comity, ability to work independently
• Good and effective cooperation with colleagues,
• Category B driving license
• Initiative, creativity and positive attitudes
