HEAD OF SALES Department

 

Core functions:

  • Demonstrate products and services to potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Promote/sell/secure orders from existing and prospective customers through relationship-based approach.

 Your responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers in the assigned market area to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
  • Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for prospective customers
    • Maintain relationships with existing customers
    • Promote sales growth
  • Plan and organize personal sales strategy 

What we expect from you:

  • Experience in direct working experience in the B2B market
  • Relevant academic and/or technical background
  • Ability to work independently and a high sense of responsibility
  • Desire to actively work on sales and meet with customers
  • Excellent analytical, communication skills
  • Positive attitude towards customers and co workers
  • Good knowledge of Latvian, Russian, English languages
  • Driver license category B
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
  •  Good leader
  • Action and Results oriented
