TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Core functions:

• Monitor variety of systems and interfaces, scheduled tasks and business application processes in order to ensure business process continuity.
• Respond to incidents, further diagnosis, resolution, root cause identification, documentation.
• Be part of the development process.

Your responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between the support, integrations and technical teams
• Monitor the existing data and identify issues
• Make data fixes independently or request solutions from technical teams

 What we expect from you:

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Knowledge of accounting fundamentals
• Understanding of programming concepts
• Understanding of web services design and development process
• Good understanding of Service Desk, Support and Problem management practices.
• Experience with relational databases
• Knowledge of SQL is a must
• Experience with communication via REST 
• Experience with code version control systems such as GIT
