You will

• Understand common use cases, patterns, and relate common processes into tangible assets
• Conduct reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
• Perform requirements' analysis and provide insight
• Document and communicate the results of your efforts
• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports
• Update, implement, and maintain procedures
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects

Position Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or a related field
• Experience in writing technical tasks for developers
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to understand the requirements and translate them to Use Cases, User stories, Test Scripts, Wireframes/Prototypes, Models
• Excellent documentation skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• English B2 level or higher

Desired Qualifications

• Overall understanding of web technologies
• SQL knowledge
• Understanding of JavaScript
• Telco experience
