Summary

This vacancy is meant for Juniors. You will be a part of our Support team which maintains and develops the data infrastructure.

You will be focusing on consulting business users in questions regarding the data quality and reporting issues via ticket system (JIRA).

 

Your daily tasks are

  • Providing technical assistance for incoming user requests related to reporting system in use
  • Consulting customers on data quality requirements (in a timely manner and a polite way)
  • Maintaining the data quality and integrity, monitoring the data inconsistencies, reporting systems’ support and administration (proactivity is welcomed)
  • Communicating with both internal and external teams to find a solution for more specific issues or with aim to create new data flow or/and report.

 

Skills and experience needed

  • Last year student or graduate (IT, Math or related field), talented self-learner interested in IT
  • Excel knowledge, experience in working with any analytical tools
  • As a plus, knowledge and practical experience with SQL / DB 
  • Experience working in IT support or reporting will be considered as an advantage
  • Critical thinking and good troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication skills, proactivity
  • Fluent English and Russian both oral and written (mentioned languages are required for your job, so you'll need both daily)
