Job description

Every business needs to develop, optimise and carefully support its internal processes and IT infrastructure. Our client expects us to suggest and implement our ideas in his systems and processes support and optimization.

You will:

• provide System release testing and perform initial system analysis (ENG)
• prepare documents on business processes and related IT systems (RU/ENG)
• advice our clients on their HowTo questions (RU)
• investigate issue, identify problem, fix it or provide workaround
• grow to be able to take part in other challenging tasks

Requirements

• Higher education / last year student OR talented self-learner with proven working experience
• Very good Russian and Good English, written and spoken*
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Experience working in IT support or testing is an advantage
• Experience working with CRM may be considered as advantage
• Experience working with data management is an advantage
