Job description

We handle all incoming end-user requests via our service request system. Your main task will be to understand the user’s issue and assist in its resolution in a timely manner and in a polite way.

You will:

• Investigate issue, identify the problem, fix it or provide workaround;
• Provide follow-up on the incoming ticket (via ticket system mostly, using email and phone if needed);
• Create or update our Support team knowledge base;
• Grow to be able to take part in other challenging tasks.

Requirements:

• You are passionate about IT technologies;
• You like gaining new knowledge;
• Self-driven personality;
• Student or Higher education;
• Good Russian and English.
• Experience working with SQL may be considered as an advantage, but we are ready to share our knowledge.
