Job description
The position of Technical support specialist requires a blend of technical ability and client facing skills.
On a daily basis you will have an opportunity to work with:
- SQL Server и Transact-SQL
- SQL Server Reporting Services
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Qlik Sense.

- are passionate about IT technologies and like gaining new knowledge
- you have strong interest in data analysis
- are able and willing to communicate in a polite way

- you are able to be precise in the performance of your tasks, but you do not hesitate to act differently if needed

Requirements
- Student or Higher education (education in computer science will be considered as advantage)
- Working experience in the office environment (at least 1 year);
- Knowledge of SQL (at least equal to the following: https://www.w3schools.com/quiztest/quiztest.asp?qtest=SQL);
- Excellent Russian (written and spoken), Good English (at least B1);
- Experience with customer support will be considered as advantage.
