Summary

About position

We seek an experienced Customer Support Specialist in Latvia for our Operations department in the UK office for remote work.

  • The working hours are defined as a specific shift on the weekend from 12 pm to 8 pm, based on the Latvia Time zone (GMT +3). It is essential to have flexibility, as there may be a need to replace colleagues.

  • The first two weeks are planned paid training, desirably during the weekdays from 11 am to 7 pm (GMT +3).

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact to new and existing customers.
  • Answering customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner 
  • Taking complete ownership of customers’ queries through to resolution 
  • Provide product and service information
  • Explain processes and provide back-office support through documented procedures
    and relevant regulations, including: 
  1. manage corporate accounts, including invoicing, statements of account and other enquiries; 
  2. manage loan book transactions and reconciliations; 
  3. manage late payments and collections; 
  4. responding to emails regarding account queries, handling disputes, taking
    payments and setting arrangements. 
  • Ensure diligence and rigour in delivering on our compliance obligations by maintaining your knowledge of our products and services;
  • Support colleagues across all roles within operations to create a smooth customer experience; 
  • Achieve high levels of quality client engagement.

Skills and Qualification

  • Experience in Customer Services, preferably within other financial services; 
  • Secondary or Highest education degree in client relations, finance, entrepreneurship
    or relevant fields; 
  • Language skills: 
  1. English is a must at level C, oral and written; 
  2. Latvian - level B - profitable; 
  • Mature interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate emotional resilience;
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word; 
  • A flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude is a must. You will be naturally empathetic, have a positive
    attitude, be keen to learn and enjoy problem-solving;
  • You enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate strong time management skills and an ability to work unsupervised;
  • Strong attention to detail; 
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks.
